Full Text:
Article VI, Section 4 (a), Florida Constitution, is amended to read as follow:
(a)
No person convicted of a felony, or adjudicated in this or any other state
to be mentally incompetent; shall be qualified to vote or hold office except
upon completion of sentence until restoration of civil rights or removal
of disability, nor shall any person adjudicated in this or any other
state to be mentally incompetent be qualified to vote or hold office until
removal of disability.
